Deep, opaque purple in colour, with expressive aromas of plum, blackberry and black cherry, complemented by floral notes and hints of violets. Medium-bodied with moderate tannins and a vibrant acidity, creating a balanced and elegant structure. Flavours of black fruits are layered with notes of black coffee and clove spice. The finish reveals additional complexity, with touches of leather and sweet tobacco lingering pleasantly. With a moderate alcohol level of just 12%, the wine is elegant, approachable and eminently drinkable while still offering depth and character.

Pair with grilled lamb chops with rosemary and garlic, beef burgers with caramelised onions and mature cheddar, or slow-braised beef short ribs with root vegetables.
