Karina’s Olives

Our olives are cured and bottled using a secret recipe developed by the matriarch of the Briers-Louw family, Karina. Only the finest quality Mission olives are used, as they have the lowest flesh-to-pit ratio which means small pips and lots of meat! A very nutty, rich olive flavour with wide appeal.

Bottled in a mixture of light brine, oil and fresh herbs.
