Translucent colour reminiscent of rose petals. Aromas of red currants, cherry, raspberry, strawberry, red apple peel, black tea, old leather and a light dusting of cinnamon spice. It’s medium-bodied nature is enhanced my moderate, sleek tannins and a bright seam of acidity. A very delicate and elegant wine filled with flavours of red fruits, spice, rhubarb, tart cherry, and a hint of fresh herbs. Juicy, fresh and vibrant with pomegranate and red lollipop notes on the finish. Pair with seared tuna, beetroot-and-goat’s-cheese salad, grilled vegetable medley, or a Mediterranean tapas plate.
